Maintenance:
One thing that most of us hate to do is mow our lawn, paint the exterior, and fix other things that we really have no idea how to do. One of the major perks of living in a rental property is that you don’t have to do any of the dirty work. No need to Google “Why is it leaking?” because there is usually 24-hour maintenance that is provided to residents.
Gym membership:
Gym memberships can range anywhere from $50-$200 monthly. Whereas in a community you most likely will have a well equipped gym ready and convenient without the monthly charges or extra fees that somehow always show up randomly.
Privacy and security:
There’s really no price on being safe enough. Nowadays having that extra security system installed or living in a gated community makes a world of a difference in a peace of mind and sanity.
When it comes to looking for houses, everyone wants the best but not everyone is satisfied or impressed by their decision on a home. These little factors don’t seem so little anymore when it comes down to it. Think about every little teeny tiny detail and don’t over look anything. These are a few perks we thought of that new house hunters might forget about but nevertheless, they are just as important as any other!
